# How Do I Add My Customized Catalogs and ZOOMstudio Designs to My Email Signature?

## Get your ZOOMstudio designs in front of your customers and prospects by adding a link to your email signatures.

**You can add any design created with ZOOMstudio or any custom ZOOMcatalog to your email signature in two different ways, including:**

1. Hyperlinked text
2. Hyperlinked image

**Add Hyperlinked text to your signature in Outlook\*:**  
\*Contact us if you need help with a different email application

1. Open Outlook and start a "new email"
2. Click the "Signatures" option in the top menu and select "Signatures"
3. Type the message you want to link into your signature, such as "Click to view our ZOOMcatalog"
4. Highlight the text you want to hyperlink and click the "Insert Hyperlink" icon
5. Insert your design's unique URL into the "Address" field and click "ok"
6. Save your new signature and close window by clicking "ok"

**Add Hyperlinked image to your signature in Outlook:**

1. Open Outlook and start a "new email"
2. Click the "Signatures" option in the top menu and select "Signatures"
3. Click the "Image" icon and navigate to the image you want to insert into your email signature (the cover is an excellent choice)  and click the "Insert Hyperlink" icon
4. Insert your design's unique URL into the "Address" field and click "ok"
5. Save your new signature and close the window by clicking "ok"
